Where in Amsterdam are the events taking place?
All the events in Amsterdam take place in central Amsterdam, Leidseplein.
You will be sent an itinerary with all required information after booking.
What is the age restriction?
You have to be 18+ to attend. The average age of attendees is 28+.
If booking my own hotel, where is the best place to do so?
We advise you book in central Amsterdam to save on travel to and from the events.
Recommended areas include:
Best Locations: Dam Square, Rembrandt Square, Leidseplein, Central Station, Vondelpark

What happens after I pay my deposit?
An invoice will be sent to you via email for balance payment, payable by the deadline date(s).
Make sure you provide the correct email address when booking.
When do I need to complete payment by?
The balance is spread across 1, 2, or 3 further payments. The invoices need to be paid on set dates.
What if I book and can no longer attend?
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you book a hotel & events package and have completed payment, we may be able to refund some of the cost depending on when you cancel, at our discretion.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

How many people to a cabin on the ship?
Prices are based on 4 people sharing the cabin. You can request smaller occupancy cabins at an additional cost:
Cabin Upgrades:
• 3 people in cabin: £20 extra per person
• 2 people in cabin: £30 extra per person
• 1 person in cabin: £90 extra

Once you book, you'll be sent a booking form which you can use to request a smaller occupancy cabin.

How many people in the hotel room in Amsterdam?
Prices are based on 2, 3, or 4 people sharing a room. You can request single occupancy at an additional cost.
Once you book, you'll be sent a booking form which you can use to request a single occupancy room (subject to availability).
